My Clubbercise (dance aerobics) fitness classes in Bradley Stoke, Bristol and Thornbury will get you moving, have fun, make you smile, boost mood and get you fit all at the same time! PAYG each week or class passes
Clubbercise® is a fun, dance aerobics class set to an uplifting soundtrack of 90s classics through to the latest chart hits. It combines easy-to-follow dance routines with toning exercises to help you get fit while having fun.
Each class offers both high and low-intensity options, making it suitable for all fitness levels — including beginners and those returning to exercise after a break. Open to ages 16+, everyone is welcome.
What Makes Clubbercise® Different?
Classes take place in a darkened room with party lights and trademarked Clubbercise® glow sticks, creating a relaxed, nightclub-style atmosphere where you can let go and move freely.

If you want toning & aerobics classes, my Legs Bums and Tums is a fitness class, targeting those key areas that are hard to firm up!
It takes place before Clubbercise and is gentle enough to do both classes back to back.
