Classes take place in a darkened room with disco lights and glow sticks — yes, it really is a fitness class! The club-style atmosphere means you can enjoy yourself, forget about the moves and burn calories without even realising you’re working out (apart from maybe a little sweat!).

Places must be booked in advance online using the “Book a Class” button, as spaces are limited.

🎟 Loyalty Card: Receive a stamp each week — once complete, your next class is FREE
💰 Bulk passes and discounts are also available

Glow Stick Information

✨ Glow sticks are free to hire for your first class
✨ After your first class, glow sticks can be purchased for £5 per pair (or you can continue without them)
✨ Only Clubbercise® certified glow sticks are permitted for insurance purposes
✨ Batteries are replaced free of charge when they run out (after approx. 10 classes)
