LEGS BUMS TUMS & ARMS
Legs Bums, Tums & Arms is a toning class using our own body weight to tone, target and
define those hard to firm areas through a mix of standing and floor/mat exercises.
(There will be no sit-ups, lunges or weight on the knees.)
This class is suitable for all fitness levels, body shapes and ages 16+.
Classes are every Thursday in Bradley Stoke before Clubbercise and can
either be done singularly or back to back with Clubbercise.

FLOORWORK
The first half of the class will be standing and the other half will be on the floor with a mixture of toning exercises working the core (tummy) legs and bums including the very important pelvic floor muscles! Suitable for all fitness abilities and ages 16+ and adjustments for each exercise will/can be given.
ALL ABILITIES
This class is for everyone wishing to tone up those renowned 'wobbly' bits, the lower tummy, thighs, bums and bingo wing arms! This class is not designed to burn fat (please join my Clubbercise Class for that) but you will see muscle definition and toning from attending these classes. Please bring your own mat (pilates/yoga/camping to lie on)
